March 26 Audition for Outdoor 'Alice'

Curtain Players on Sunday evening March 26 will conduct an open audition for its outdoor staging of Alice: A Variation on Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland by Ara Vito.

Curtain Players is co-producing Alice with the City of Westerville’s Parks and Recreation Department. Six Alice performances are scheduled for 7:30 PM Thursdays-Saturdays June 15-17 and 22-24 in Westerville’s Alum Creek North Park amphitheater.

IMPORTANT  Actors are reminded this audition is being conducted at a site other than the Harlem Road playhouse. The audition is open to all ages, including older children and teens.

AUDITIONS  6:30 PM Sunday March 26 at Westerville Recreation Program Center, 64 East Walnut Street, Westerville 43081

Registration for the audition begins at 6:30 PM with tryouts to begin promptly at 7 o’clock. An audition form may be downloaded by clicking here.

The audition includes theatre games, movement, and reading from the Alice script. Actors should look over the Jabberwocky poem. Click here. Be prepared to play and wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
