Fall Post Cards Soon in Mail, Around Town

Curtain Players in the community theatre’s database by early next week should receive a large color post card promoting the first half of the community theatre company’s 2017-2018 season, its 55th.

Extra copies of the post card are to be made available at libraries, coffee shops, and other community centers, and of course, will be available at the Harlem Road playhouse.

This post card design and seasonal mailing schedule were introduced in January 2015 to replace the series of small-size cards sent just before opening nights of the individual productions. This new plan has proven to be more cost effective, and provides a longer lasting, more versatile tool for promotion.

Jeff Kemeter, volunteer graphic designer for Curtain Players, creates the post cards.

Curtain Players Season 55 opens Friday September 8 with the first-ever fully staged production of a new script, Wendy Darling, followed by Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? in October-November, and Crimes of the Heart in December.

Season subscriptions, flex passes, and single tickets for all 2017-2018 productions are on sale. Click here to order.
