Players Scripts at Westerville Library

Scripts for the five of the six plays to be produced by Curtain Players during the 2017-18 season are now available for loan from the Westerville Public Library.

As part of its Curtain Connects partnerships program, the community theatre organization donated to the Westerville library’s permanent collection two copies each of scripts for Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? by Edward Albee, Crimes of the Heart by Beth Henley, Lettice and Lovage by Peter Shaffer, The Trip to Bountiful by Horton Foote, and Exit the King by Eugene Ionesco. The script for Wendy Darling by Ira Hauptman, the first play to be produced by Curtain Players this season, is unpublished.

Curtain Players made the donation to provide easier access to scripts for those interested in auditioning for the local productions, and to provide library patrons with a relevant selection of theatre literature for research and enjoyment.
