Curtain Reminds of Ticket Policies

Curtain Players is committed to extending the best customer service and in 2017 reviewed and restated its ticketing policies. This news item is being repeated a reminder to patrons.

Patrons are strongly encouraged to order tickets online and in advance. Patrons may choose their own seats based on availability and pay securely by credit card (MasterCard and Visa). Tickets then can be conveniently printed at home. The theatre puts tickets for all its season’s shows on sale at the beginning of the season. Online orders may be made any time but online access closes two hours before each individual performance. The box office at the Harlem Road playhouse opens 30 minutes before the start of each performance.
In light of near and fully sold-out performances, Curtain Players reminds audiences of several points in the ticketing policy:
REFUNDS There are no refunds, unless there is an administrative error such as accidental double-booking of reservations, charging an adult price for a student/senior ticket, or failure to provide the group rate for groups of 10 or more.
EXCHANGES With proper advanced notification, tickets may be exchanged to a different performance of the same production if there are seats available for the desired exchange date. Proper advanced notification is defined as at least two hours prior to the performance a patron wishes to exchange from.
CANCELLATIONS If one is unable to use tickets and cannot exchange them to a different performance, please inform Curtain Players no later than two hours before the scheduled performance. If Curtain Players is able to resell the tickets, the patron may be given credit for a donation. Please note that there are no refunds. See refund policy above for further information.
