A Change in our Technical Leadership

After a remarkable 14 years as our Technical Director, Booth Muller has made the decision to move on from this pivotal role. Denise Dumouchelle has agreed to serve as Interim Technical Director until a new permanent Technical Director is named.

Booth first took the helm as Technical Director in 2011,  Dial M for Murder being the first production he led.  In the years since, he not only embraced the role but expanded it. In addition to building and decorating multiple sets, making sure our physical plant was kept in tip-top shape, helping keep our concessions and house supplies stocked, and for the last several seasons serving as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors, Booth has embodied Servant Leadership. All with his wit and warm embrace of each and every volunteer.

We owe an immense amount of gratitude for all of Booth’s contributions to the success and growth of Curtain Players.

We are excited to have Denise step in as Interim Tech Director. Having helped with set builds, running light and sound boards, and recently taking on the mantle of lighting designer for multiple shows, Denise is an integral member of Curtain Players.

A search committee will soon be named to find a new permanent Tech Director. More information will be published as it is available.
