Communicating Doors

This time-traveling comedy thriller is the story of Ms. Poopay Dayseer, a 21st-century prostitute. While in a hotel room peddling her "services" to an elderly client, she unexpectedly finds herself running for her life. She escapes through a communicating (adjoining) door and is brought face to face with her own past and with Ruella, who apparently died under suspicious circumstances 20 years earlier. Poopay's gradual friendship with that remarkable woman changes the future for both of them.
